| We have our own liability insurance through QDMA & Outdoor Underwriters, Inc. This protects the landowner from any accidents and if there would be any property damage because of an unfortunate accident the insurance would be there to repair the property. |
| HH is a member of Quality Deer Management Association, not only is it a hunting club it also works closely with QDMA & Game Commission Authorities to help manage the wildlife. |
| Hillside Hunting respects all property and takes care of all trash and makes sure that we leave the area just as we found it. |
| Hillside Hunting Owner and members in many cases will do 4 work days during the year that will even help take care of the property weather it be tree trimming or food plot maintenance. This helps keep the cost down for us and helps the property owner with maintenance. This will all be in the negotiation with the landowner and written in the lease according to the landowner’s wishes. |
| Having HH leasing your property will also give it a bit more security with having people there on a regular basis keeping an eye on it if you do not live on the property in question. HH pays for all sign’s & will put up posted sign’s & no trespassing sign’s around the property with the owners consent. Will normally visit the property once a week to check trail cameras and collect data for HH & QDMA studies. |
| All HH members are thoroughly screened and have been through the hunter’s safety coarse and agree and work with the guidelines of the program we run for managing the wildlife on the property. |
| In many cases by leasing the ground for hunting, the land owner can get 50% to 100% of the money they need to pay their yearly property taxes, this is a big help every spring for when the taxes are do. HH requires their members to have all dues paid by April 1st so that we can have the money to the property owner so they have it during tax time. |
